Group Dynamics

Greetings everyone, this blog may be a bit shorter than what your used to from me, but I just wanted to go ahead and give a shout out to my amazing group, and go over how our group dynamics having been shaping up. Sure there have been some mistakes and issues that we've faced, but when facing such difficulties, we faced them as a team, bringing our heads together to solve any problems in our way. I couldn't be happier with the way this group as shaped up to be!

Each of us are pulling our weight in the group, making sure that everyone plays a role in the making of our project. Jon's the figure head, planning everything and keeping all of us in check; I'm the editor and post-production designer, Yulian provides all the costumes we need, and Pedro gives us the props and any supplies that we are missing. Furthermore, our guest actor Sebastian, has been a major help to us all, and I couldn't thank him enough for the assistance that he has given, going out of his way to help us in any way he can.

Together, this group is an unstoppable force, and without a shadow of a doubt, I believe the reasoning behind these great dynamics is the long lasting friendships each of us have with one another. Each of us have been friends for many years now, and none of us are afraid of being our true selves around one another, allowing us to talk to each other with comfort. This easiness of communicating with one another between all of us just simply wouldn't be possible if we were strangers, and is what allows for such great teamwork between each of the members of the group as a whole.
