Introduction

    Hello, my name is Pablo Mendez. As of writing this, I am starting the first week of my 11th-grade school year, this also marks the start of my 3rd year in the AICE Cambridge Program. I've been pursuing engineering over the course of Middle school and High School. Thanks to the help of my wonderful teachers, I have been given the chance of learning so many new things and am getting closer and closer to one day going to college and pursuing my future career.

   I'm taking AICE Media Studies because it just fits me so well with what I love. As of last school year, I started getting into video editing with a want to learn and a need to grow my abilities in the field. This need only grew more when I enrolled in a Digital Video class at my school, where I was able to learn about different techniques used throughout media, like movies and shows. I was even able to get an industry certification in Premier Pro! So when I heard that there was a class that allowed me to learn even more about media and its many different types, I knew I had to seize the opportunity and sign up to take the course.
